Postural Mat Pilates + Brunch on the Roof!

Rise, Stand Tall and Dine! Join Stephanie Davies, owner of SD Rehab, and Monique Costello, founder of Happy Eats Health, on the rooftop for 60 minutes of spine straightening, body loving, postural mat pilates followed by a deliciously healthy brunch.
Though technically a beginner’s level class, we will challenge each participant to a new level. Using various small equipment and Pilates mat exercises you will increase your overall flexibility, learn where core strength comes from and achieve healthy postural alignment and strength. Not only will you look and feel better, you will prevent the wear and tear of our busy lives
After pilates you can watch or join in on the cooking, throw a game of bags, mingle with others, take in the panoramic view of the city or simply enjoy your BYOB bubbly in the shaded lounge
Expect fun dishes like Grilled Egg-Stuffed Peppers, Cucumber Quinoa Salad with Lemon Gremolata and Rum Grilled Grapefruits. Think filling, tasty GF, vegetarian food.
