Monique Costello, a Functional Wellness Coach and Chef, overcame chronic back pain, low energy, restless sleep, weight gain, and autoimmune disorders through food and lifestyle practices. Monique brings her studies of functional medicine, nervous system dysregulation (somatics), gravity stretching and culinary nutrition to corporate wellness programs, personalized coaching, and nourishing retreats, to emphasize the healing power we all have within.
