Everyday Mobility is a 60-minute virtual movement class.
Every Monday night, 6-7 pm CT

Create a durable, resilient body through stretch, somatic, and Qigong movements for longevity.

If you can move from the floor to standing, this class is accessible to you.

What you will need:

  • a yoga mat or towel to lie on.
  • A strap or towel.
  • an open mind
