Wellness is a state of being healthy in the mind, body, and soul. But living a healthy life doesn’t happen in a vacuum. If you adopt an entirely new lifestyle tomorrow (think diets!), you can’t expect the world around you to automatically adapt to your “new” lifestyle.

A global pandemic is a major contributor to stress.

Stress eating. Anxiety eating. Boredom eating. Crap-food is-easier-to-eat eating.

The more you eat this way, the more you will crave those foods. Then you’ll feel unmotivated and sluggish leading you to feel disappointed. Which then causes you to reach for those same foods again because the ‘why stop now’ or ‘I’ll start tomorrow’ talk kicks in. Thus the perpetual cycle ensues.

 

Being lethargic leads to lack of motivation to do the things that are good for our health, physically & mentally.
