Plant Based Cooking for the Win!

Even if you still want to eat meat, simply adding in more plants to your current diet can make profound strides in our health. Plant-based eating isn’t about being vegetarian or vegan; it about getting more plant into your diet (think vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and some whole grains.) The focus of this class is on how to bring more plant-based goodness into our meals while still feeling satiated and satisfied. You won’t miss the meat!

- Butternut Squash Sauce (served over pasta, gf option available)
- Coconut, Mushroom or Eggplant Bacon
- Salad with Herbed Pesto Dressing
- Vegan Chocolate
