Join us for a Taco Tuesday evening of yoga & dinner!
We will begin with a one hour gentle yoga practice guided by Jennifer. A practice to release any stress from the day physically or mentally and drop into a place of peace and calm within. We will do physical movements & stretching to open the body, cultivate a breath practice to draw the mind present, and gently stimulate the digestive system to prepare for our meal. All levels welcome!
After yoga we nourish! Wellness chef Monique will join you in the kitchen as we make dinner together. You’ll receive the recipe & shopping list (with substitution options) ahead of time for a quick & simple dish that’s great for the body. We will have tacos of course! Monique always dishes insider kitchen tips that will help you get the most out of your meals. You don’t have to be a professional chef to make healthy food a reality in your own kitchen.
