Join Jennifer Goodman and Monique Costello on a transformational retreat in Sedona, Arizona.

Experience the magic and beauty that Sedona’s Red Rocks and Vortexes bring on this 6 day retreat filled with a variety of yoga practices including sunset meditations within a vortex, healthy food, hiking and time in nature, nutritional coaching and cooking classes, and time for you to relax and rejuvenate your mind body and soul.

Sunday
6pm check in- dinner- welcome circle- sound healing +reiki

Monday -Wednesday
8-9:15am yoga- 9:30 breakfast- free time/ hike- 2pm lunch- free time
5:30pm gentle yoga/sunset meditation- 7pm dinner- quiet time

Thursday
7:30-8:45am yoga- 9:00 breakfast- 11am check out

*Free Time will include optional hiking in the Red Rocks, shopping in town, bathing in the creek, cooking demos, jacuzzi, swimming pool, evening bonfires

*30 minute Reiki sessions offered by Monique for $50 a session

*Additional massage therapist onsite
