Experience the magic and beauty that Sedona’s Red Rocks and Vortexes bring on this 6 day retreat filled with a variety of yoga practices,  sunrise & sunset meditations within a vortex, healthy food, hiking and time in nature, nutritional coaching and cooking classes, and time for you to relax and rejuvenate your mind body and soul.

4pm check in

dinner- welcome circle- sound healing +reiki

Friday-Monday
8-9:15am yoga

9:30 breakfast

free time/ hike

2pm lunch

5:30pm gentle yoga/sunset meditation/fire ceremony/kirtan

7pm dinner- quiet time

Tuesday
7:30-8:45am yoga

9:00 breakfast

11am check out
