Taking on a cleanse can be a scary and daunting thing; it means giving up food you typically eat, it means giving your body rest when you tend to burn the candle at both ends and it might mean a few days of headaches, flu-like symptoms and general crankiness.
Because of this it’s easy to say you don’t have time right now, you have dinner plans you can’t cancel, or a work meeting you can’t be cranky for. Or you want to try to pre-detox first. Doesn’t matter the exact reason, cuz there are a million of them.
Will there ever be good time to do a detox? When was the last time you made time for you? Not just time to go out or watch your favorite show or even just to read a book, but time to really focus on you.
I also want to suggest that a cleanse may no be right for you, Perhaps longer term coaching where we make slower, lifestyle changes works better for your lifestyle. The ultimate goal either way is to have you feeling and looking better; you’ll be amazed at how much more you can get out of life.
