Every month I’ll announce a new challenge that will begin on the 1st of the month and last 2 weeks; for instance we’ll do 2 weeks of planks, 2 weeks of no dairy and 2 weeks of controlled breathing. October is our first challenge: grain free for 14 days.
I’ll supply you with tips, hint, recipes and camaraderie on the Happy Eats Healthy page. At the end of the 2 weeks we’ll discuss our experiences, how it went, how you feel and the viability of continuing.
Then you can decide if you want to stop there or extend the challenge to the second half of the month.
Think of this as a great opportunity to try different methodologies, eating plans, workouts and experience without full commitment and without being alone. I’ll be there with you and so will others.
