Warm Sorghum Breakfast Bowl
1/2 cup sorghum
1 small sweet potato, diced (peel on or off, your preference)
1 mini or small pear
1 kiwi
Toppings:
— hemp seeds
— pumpkin seeds
— nut butter
Cook the sorghum according to package directions. When you have about 5 minutes left to cook, toss in cubed sweet potato. Finish cooking until the sweet potato is cooked to your liking .
–>Note: I like to keep the sweet potato quite firm for the texture.
Scoop into a bowl. Top with slices of the pear, kiwi and additional toppings. Enjoy warm.
