These Chamomile Sleep Cookies are another delightful little cookie that works right out of the oven or the freezer. These are a sugar-free cookie. No white sugar, no honey, no maple syrup or dates. Just a banana with all its fiber-y goodness.
Enjoy after dinner for a sleep-inducing treat.

Chamomile Sleep cookies {v, gf}
1 small banana
2 chamomile tea bags (I used 1 chamomile and 1 bedtime tea bag)
1/2 nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup, heaping, rolled oats
1/3 cup, heaping, oat flour
Prehead the oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mash the banana the contents of the tea bags. Mix in the nut butter and vanilla. Then the oats and oat flour.
Spoon tablespoon-sized drops of dough on the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden browned on the bottom. Store in the freezer for a quick sleep snack anytime.
