Almond Butter Energy Bites
3 tbls peanut or almond butter
2.5 tbls raw honey
1 ground flaxseeds
2 tbls shredded coconut
2 tbls quinoa flakes
2 tbls dark chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed. Scoop out 1 tablespoon-size of dough and roll into balls; your hand will melt the ingredients into a ball.
Set on a parchment-lined pan and chill in fridge or freezer.
