CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
4 garlic cloves
1 cup flat leaf parsley
2 tbls oregano
¼ cup cup basil
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tbls red, white or rice vinegar
½ tsp salt
Pinch black pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes
Chop all the herbs and garlic to a fine paste (or pulse in a mini food processor). Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve at room temperature for best flavor
