1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbls honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
Toppings: toasted coconut, thinly sliced berries, cinnamon, toasted seeds, lemon zest
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper (choose a pan that will fit in your freezer.)
Mix together the yogurt, honey and vanilla. Sprinkle with toppings. Spread on a the parchment paper about 1/4″ thick. Freezer for about 4 hours, break apart. Enjoy frozen.
