While I’m not a huge proponent of any one diet, I do believe in having the freedom to eat whatever you would like. And today I wanted to make and eat some super yummy, good-fat filled fudge. So I made this.
p.s.- don’t be afraid of good fat!

Keto-friendly Macadamia Nut Fudge
1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbls coconut oil
Place the nuts, coconut butter, salt and vanilla in a blender and blend until creamy. Add the coconut oil and blend to combine.
Pour into parchment lined pan. Set in the fridge to harden. Cut into squares and store in the fridge or freezer.
