3 tbls aquafab (liquid from chickpea/garbanzo can)
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbls lemon juice + zest of 1 lemon
handful of basil
1/2 tsp turmeric
good pinch of pepper
1 cup avocado or grape seed oil
Place all the ingredients, except oil, in a blender; turn on blender and slowly add oil. Blend until creamy and whipped.
Can also use an immersion blender, electric whip or whisk.
- 1 – 2 tbls horseradish
- Handful of torn basil & 2 tbls balsamic vinegar
- 1- 2 tbls sriracha and juice of ½ lime
- 2 tbls of herby concentrate
