Having little sausage patties premade for easy eating saves me time in the morning and makes my tummy happy! My tip for you is to cook a little bit of the mixture so you can taste it and adjust as needed before you cook all the patties. You can’t do adjustments after you cook them.

Spinach Apple Pork Sausage Patties
1 lb pork
1 green apple, grated
1-2 handfuls fresh spinach, torn into small bits
1/8 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
3/4 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink or sea salt
Mix together all the ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of the pork to the skillet, cook until done. Taste, adjust seasonings a desired.
Make small patties and cook on each side until done.
