Indulge your senses with a garden to table dinner in a beautiful urban rooftop setting. Enjoy eight courses of fresh, seasonal cuisine while gazing on the lights of downtown Chicago – amid the beautiful garden where much of your meal was grown!
Dishes will change with the seasons, but past favorites have included such delights as Balsamic Lentils over Grilled Squash, Smoked Trout over crisp radish, Ginger Orange Soup with Basil Pistou, Grilled Fig Salad with Apple Curry Dressing, and Moroccan Mushroom and Broccoli Meatballs over Quinoa with a lovely, piquant Chimichurri. Desserts like Salted Pistachio Bark and Grilled Banana Bread Pudding will round out your meal. Bring a bottle of your favorite wine or other beverage to complement your meal.
