Take your summer grilling up a notch! Come over to my rooftop garden and learn to make delicious and easy, Sardinian Flat Bread Pizza on the grill! I will show you how to make 3 ingredient, crispy crust in less than 5 minutes and then the fun really starts!
You will get to create your own pizza, load it with your choice of available toppings, and then grill and enjoy it, along with an incredible view of the downtown Chicago skyline. Bring your favorite wine, beer or other beverage to enjoy with your pizza (and a dessert pizza too!).
As a Food Network featured chef and Culinary Nutrition Expert, I believe that food can tantalize the senses, and taste extraordinary while still being healthy. I specialize in creating recipes that are based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients; this class does use gluten but can be dairy free. Pizza ingredients will be organic (when available).

Fried Egg Insalata- topped with a fried egg, arugula and shaved parmesan cheese
