I totally get it- the holiday’s are out of control for most of us! How are you supposed to add in one more to-do to an already over-crammed schedule? Plus putting yourself first feels a bit selfish, especially this time of year!?

So we go into the holidays ‘expecting‘ to gain weight.

      ‘Expecting’ to come out more tired, groggy and brain-foggy.

‘Expecting’ to have more cravings for sweets, caffeine and alcohol.

I know I DO!  Or, I used too.
