Why Pickle Dip isn’t packaged up and sold in stores is beyond me. What a missed concept!
It. Is. Phenomenal.
I served my Best Pickle Dip as the center of a pickle board. Pickle on Pickle. It worked. I used the left-overs the next day on a sandwich. Boom.
Just whip, mix and chill. You’re the star of your next party.

The Best Pickle Dip
2 packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeƱo, minced
1/4 cup pickle juice
1/2 red onion, small diced
1 cup chopped pickles, small diced
2 tbls lime juice
salt/pepper, to taste
Whip the cream cheese and yogurt together in a large bowl using a hand-held mixer or a whisk. Add in the remaining ingredients. Chill the dip for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Taste, adjust salt, pickle juice and dill as desired.
Serve with potato chips, crackers, crudites.
