1 tbls fresh dried thyme
2 tbls toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp sumac
1/2 tbls coarse
Lightly crush the thyme. Toss all the ingredients together in a glass jar.
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks for best freshness.
