Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Sauce
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 -2 squirts hot sauce like sriracha
Combine the roasted red pepper, cashews, lemon juice, salt, nutritional yeast and sriracha in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to blend to consistency. Taste. Adjust salt and yeast as preferred.
