This is the bread you need when you need bread now! ‘Can’t wait 2 hours for a yeast bread to rise and can’t get to the store’ bread.
A no-rise, 4-ingredient, 30-minute Homemade Bread has a hearty crumb with a pretty decent crust. Honestly, for a dump, mix, and bake bread that was ready in thirty minutes, we really enjoyed it!
Happy eating,

No Rise, 4-ingredient, 30-minute homemade bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup lukewarm water
Optional: Spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with crunchy salt
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Use a stiff spatula to stir in the water until a sticky ball forms.
Sprinkle flour on the counter, scoop out the dough, and gently knead for about 5 minutes to create a cohesive ball.
Use your hands to gently pat the dough into a small rectangle and fold one side to the middle, and then fold the second side in. Now pat into preferred loaf shape. Score the top by making slices in the dough and place on the parchment paper. Spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with crunchy salt if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for another 10 minutes. The loaf should be golden brown on the bottom
Remove from the oven and cool. Slice with a serrated knife and enjoy!
