Sometimes you want a treat but not the sugar. This Almond Butter Freezer Fudge is the answer. It’s rich, fatty and melts in your mouth. The cacao nibs offer a delicious sweetness and crunch. You could add a spoon of maple syrup but it’s really not needed.

Simple Almond Butter Freeze Fudge
1/2 cup crunchy almond butter
2 tbls coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbls cacao nibs
Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder
Warm the almond butter and coconut oil together. Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon and salt (and collagen if using). Pour into a small, parchment-lined pan. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
Freeze for 2-4 hours. Cut into small squares. Store in the freezer.
