Strawberry Smoothie with Microgreens
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
handful of microgreens
1 big spoon of nuttzo or almond butter
1 big spoon of hemp seeds
1 -2 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
Optional: Granola
Place everything into blender, blend until smooth, adding water as need to thin if the smoothie is too thick. Top with granola if desired
Note: fresh berries work great. You may want to the add a few ice cubes to the smoothie chilling.
Microgreens are 14-40 times more nutrient dense than their adult counterpart.
