The Sedona retreat exceeded my expectations on every level. Monique and Jennifer are experts in their fields and they gently, lovingly and enthusiastically led us for 5 days. Our time was laid-back but purposeful – each day nurturing us with yoga, hiking, relaxation and dining on the most spectacula plant-based meals. Monique is so welcoming in the kitchen, there can be an element of culinary education if you want it.
