Toasted Sesame Coconut Crunch
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
6 Medjool dates
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet. Wipe out the skillet and toast the shredded coconut. Chop the dates and toss everything together.
