If you’ve been on the ‘antibacterial soap’ train, it’s time to stop; read my blog on why antibacterial isn’t good for you.
Then, upgrade your soap to a more natural option. Many people don’t love natural soap because it usually doesn’t foam up (spoiler: foam actually has nothing to do with cleaning.) My secret is using a foam dispenser. Problem solved.
Below is my super simple recipe with a couple of variations. Let me know which one you make!
Happy washing

Natural Foaming Hand Soap
2 tablespoons Dr Bronners liquid soap
12 ounces of water
1 foaming pump dispenser: (foaming dispenser or mason jar screw on lid)
OPTIONS:
1- 3 drops of essential oil
1/2 tsp liquid oil (jojoba, olive, almond or avocado)
Pour water into the jar first. Add liquid soap. Add essential and liquid oil if using. Shake lightly to distribute.
Note: if your jar is smaller than 12oz, simply decrease the water and soap used.
