Happiness comes from within. That’s a hard statement to swallow, but the truth usually is.
One of the hardest things I had to learn was that I have control over HOW I REACT to what happens to me. We can’t control everything that happens to us, but how we react is what can bring us more anxiety, pain and anger versus more forgiveness, freedom and happiness.
I often played the victim role, because I thought that is what I was supposed to do, what I knew best or perhaps all I knew to do. It wasn’t until I leaned about energy, the universe and taking control of my own life did reap the benefits of true happiness.
This taking control doesn’t just happen overnight… or does it? You can shift your mindset in a minute, but there are areas in your life that will require practice. That’s why we put together this workshop, to help you through how we perceive stress, to see what control we do have in our bodies, and tools to help managing that control.
