Own your Path to Happiness

Happiness comes from within. That’s a hard statement to swallow, but the truth usually is.

One of the hardest things I had to learn was that I have control over HOW I REACT to what happens to me. We can’t control everything that happens to us, but how we react is what can bring us more anxiety, pain and anger versus more forgiveness, freedom and happiness.

I often played the victim role, because I thought that is what I was supposed to do, what I knew best or perhaps all I knew to do. It wasn’t until I leaned about energy, the universe and taking control of my own life did reap the benefits of true happiness.

This taking control doesn’t just happen overnight… or does it? You can shift your mindset in a minute, but there are areas in your life that will require practice. That’s why we put together this workshop, to help you through how we perceive stress, to see what control we do have in our bodies, and tools to help managing that control.

Join me, Health Educator, Functional Medicine Coach and Wellness Chef, and Bill Schwingel,  Master Teacher of Feng Shui, for a unique workshop focused on how what we take into our bodies and place in our spaces affect the stress and anxiety we feel day to day.

You may have heard of a few tools that we are going to cover, like mindfulness and daily intentions, but you’ll also be introduced to supplements that can balance your body, personalized enhancements based on Feng Shui principles and The Bagua that can change the energy and abundance you feel in your spaces (like your home or even your bedroom).

Hearing about these tools and actually implementing them will make the difference to where you are on your path. You’ll leave this online workshop with a workbook that can help guide you and give you strength. And you’ll make personal connections with two experts you can lean on when you need the extra help.

In this workshop, you will become better aligned with your body by learning:

  1. How to assess your body’s reaction to stress triggers
  2. How to listen to your body for early signs of imbalance and stress 
  3. How to better fuel your body to fight off stress and anxiety

You’ll learn how your environment affects your stress:

  1. How to assess where your space adds stress
  2. How to identify the changes you can make to reduce stress
  3. How to create a space that supports your life and aspirations

You’ll will receive practical tools and proven techniques you can apply to better manage and control the stress in your life which allows you to open up for more abundance and happiness.
