An earthy dressing with zest! That’s how I would describe this Cumin Lime Dressing.
This simple Cumin Lime Dressing takes less than 5 minutes to make! Add the ingredients to a sealable glass jar and shake together, or whisk together in a small bowl. Roasted veggies, grilled meat or simple salads will come to life!

Cumin Lime Dressing
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls maple syrup
1 tbls balsamic vinegar (use a good, thick balsamic if you have it)
1 lime, juiced and zested
1/4 tsp ground cumin
pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a small glass mason jar (or any container that seals tightly) and shake well.
Taste, adjust seasoning if desired.
Store unused Cumin Lime Vinaigrette in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
