The Sedona retreat exceeded my expectations on every level.  Monique and Jennifer are experts in their fields and they gently, lovingly and enthusiastically led us for 5 days.  Our time was laid-back but purposeful – each day nurturing us with yoga, hiking, relaxation and dining on the most spectacula plant-based meals.  Monique is so welcoming in the kitchen, there can be an element of culinary education if you want it.  The combination of twice daily yoga, experiencing beautiful Sedona, and eating the healthiest of food truly had a restorative effect on my body…and it was these wise and wonderful teachers who had a transformative effect on my heart and soul.
